Totem Session

A 30-minute guided session where we take what’s heavy—anger, grief, shame—and channel it into a personal Totem. Together, we name it, shape it, and I create a hand-painted piece that holds the weight for you.

• Length: 30 min (with wiggle room)
• Includes: guided release ritual + custom painted Totem (mailed to you)
• Why it matters: your struggle doesn’t have to live inside your body anymore. This Totem witnesses and contains it.
