Doll Session

The Doll Session creates a one-of-a-kind effigy that carries what you can’t anymore. In this 30-minute session, we talk through the story you’re ready to release—shame, abuse, grief, body rules, or any label that’s been forced onto you.

After our conversation, I transform a doll into a Survival Doll made for you: wrapped, altered, marked, and sealed to hold your story. It doesn’t erase your past—it respects it, while giving you a physical body to carry the weight instead of your own.
